At ERESFUTBOLISTA, we take every commitment seriously — including ours and yours. While we understand that plans may change, this policy ensures fairness, clarity, and consistency for all parties involved.

1. Non-Refundable Fees
All initial deposits paid at the time of registration are non-refundable. These cover administrative and processing costs.

Any application or evaluation fees are also non-refundable.
​
2.  Refund Eligibility (Balance Payments)
Participants may request a refund on their remaining balance (excluding non-refundable deposit) under the following conditions:

Time of Cancellation Refund Amount
More than 60 days before program start 75% refund
30–59 days before program start 50% refund
15–29 days before program start 25% refund
Less than 14 days before program start No refund

3.  Special Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
​
Serious illness or injury (official medical documentation required)
Visa denial (proof of application and rejection required)
Death or emergency within immediate family
​
All requests must be submitted in writing to accounting@jpsportsgroup.com and are subject to case-by-case review.

4.  Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for program delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Political unrest
Pandemics or public health crises
Governmental travel restrictions

In such cases, ERESFUTBOLISTA may offer program rescheduling, credit transfer, or partial deferment options.

5.  Dismissal or Withdrawal
If a participant is removed from the program due to misconduct or voluntary withdrawal, no refund will be granted.
